FAQ
Sign-in & account
Use the same sign-in method you chose when you created your account (for example Google or Apple). If you’re stuck, try signing out and back in, check your connection, and make sure your device’s date and time are set automatically.
Purchases & packs
In-app purchases are processed by the store (Google Play or App Store). If a purchase didn’t unlock content, check your receipt in the store, wait a minute and restart the app, then contact us with the transaction ID if it’s still missing.
Party code & playing with friends
Share the party link or code so everyone joins the same room. If a code doesn’t work, ask the host to generate a new game or check for typos. Refresh the page if the session looks stuck.
Bugs & technical issues
Try updating the app or clearing the site cache for the web version. Note your device model, OS version, and what you were doing when the problem happened— that helps us fix it faster.
