We may collect basic usage data to improve the game experience. This includes device type, language preferences, and gameplay statistics.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to improve the game, fix bugs, provide a better experience, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Advertising and campaign measurement

To measure which ads brought you to Squidz and to optimize those campaigns, the mobile app uses the Meta App Events SDK (Meta Platforms). This SDK may record usage events (app open, profile creation, first quiz, joining a battle or party, in-app purchase) and advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, Google Advertising ID on Android) when you consent.

In the European Economic Area, a consent form (Google UMP) is shown. On iOS, Apple may also show the App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, we limit processing (Limited Data Use) and do not use your advertising identifier for cross-app tracking. Meta acts as an advertising measurement partner, according to your consent and store rules.
